1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the 3SPay website (3spay.io) and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
3SPay provides an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening gateway for cryptocurrency transactions. The Service includes:
- Proxy wallet addresses for receiving cryptocurrency payments.
- Automated AML screening of incoming transactions.
- Auto-forwarding of verified clean funds to your designated wallet.
- Dashboard for managing wallets, viewing transaction history, and purchasing service packs.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be a resident of or located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and Crimea region).
- Not be listed on any applicable sanctions list (OFAC SDN, EU Sanctions List, UN Sanctions List).
4. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Service Packs and Pricing
5.1 Packs
The Service is provided on a prepaid pack basis. Each pack includes a specified number of AML checks and one auto-withdrawal. Current pricing is displayed on the Service website and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Payment
All payments are made in advance in USDT (Tether) or other accepted cryptocurrency. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5.3 Early Withdrawal
You may request an early withdrawal of accumulated funds before your pack is complete for a flat fee as specified on the pricing page. The pack counter resets upon early withdrawal.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect packs already purchased.
6. AML Screening
6.1 Screening Process
Incoming transactions to proxy wallets are automatically screened against AML databases provided by third-party services. Transactions identified as potentially associated with illicit activity may be blocked, delayed, or returned.
6.2 No Guarantee
AML screening is performed on a best-effort basis using third-party data sources. We do not guarantee that all illicit transactions will be detected, nor that all flagged transactions are definitively associated with illicit activity. The Service is a screening tool, not a legal compliance certification.
6.3 Blocked Funds
If incoming funds are flagged as potentially illicit:
- The funds will not be forwarded to your wallet.
- You will be notified via the dashboard and/or Telegram.
- Flagged funds may be returned to the sender or held pending further review.
- We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Launder money or facilitate money laundering by others.
- Circumvent sanctions or facilitate sanctions evasion.
- Process transactions involving funds known or suspected to be derived from illegal activity.
- Engage in fraud, deception, or any illegal activity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by 3SPay and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2 Limitation
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3SPAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9.3 Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3SPay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Unused packs are non-refundable.
11.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, any accumulated clean funds in proxy wallets will be forwarded to your designated wallet, subject to a final AML screening and applicable withdrawal fees.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Service website. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the courts of Dubai, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3SPay regarding the Service.
